ひらめきノート（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、お客様の大切な情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリで取り扱う情報
1. お客様が入力・管理する情報
以下の情報は、お客様ご自身のアイデア管理を目的としてアプリ内に保存されます。
- ノート情報：タイトル、本文、作成日時
- フォルダ情報：フォルダ名、アイコン、色設定
- タグ情報：タグ名、色設定
- お気に入り・ピン留め設定
2. アプリの機能向上のために参照される情報
- デバイス情報：OSのバージョンや機種情報（不具合対応のため）
- 利用状況：アプリの利用頻度などの統計データ（個人を特定しない形でのみ使用）
情報の使用について
お預かりした情報は、以下の目的でのみ使用されます：
- アプリ機能の提供：ノート管理、フォルダ整理などの機能を正常に動作させるため
- AIアシスタント機能：入力されたノート内容を元に、AIがアイデア拡張・添削・要約・質問への回答を行うため
- サービス向上：個人を特定できない統計データとして、アプリの改善に役立てるため
AI機能のデータ利用について
本アプリのAI機能には、Google Gemini APIを使用しています。
- AIが参照するのは、お客様が入力したノートの内容および質問文のみです
- これらのデータがAIの学習（他者のために使われること）に使用されることはありません
- 生成された文章はあくまで参考案ですので、使用前には必ずご自身で内容をご確認ください
- AI機能の利用には、インターネット接続が必要です
データの安全性
データはお客様のスマートフォン内に安全に保存されます。外部サーバーへの自動アップロードは行いません。
データの削除
- アプリを削除（アンインストール）すると、スマートフォン内のすべてのデータは削除されます
- アプリ内の「ゴミ箱」機能で削除したノートは、「完全に削除」するまでは復元可能です
第三者への提供
以下の場合を除き、お客様のデータを第三者に提供することはありません：
- お客様ご本人の同意がある場合
- 法令に基づき開示が必要な場合
- サービスの提供に必要な範囲での業務委託（AI API等）

Hirameki Note ("the App") respects your privacy and strives to protect your information. This policy

Information We Handle in the App
1. Information you enter and manage
The following information is stored in the app for managing your ideas:
- Note information: title, body, creation date
- Folder information: folder name, icon, color settings
- Tag information: tag name, color settings
- Favorite/pin settings
2. Information used to improve the app
- Device information: OS version and device model (for troubleshooting)
- Usage data: usage frequency and similar statistics (used only in a
non-identifiable form)
Use of Information
We use collected information only for the following purposes:
- Providing app features: note management and folder organization
- AI assistant features: expanding, proofreading, summarizing notes, and
answering questions
- Service improvement: analytics in a non-identifiable form
AI Data Usage
The app uses the Google Gemini API for AI features.
- AI references only the note content and questions you enter
- This data is not used to train AI for others
- Generated text is for reference; please review before use
- An internet connection is required to use AI features
Data Security
Your data is stored securely on your device. We do not automatically upload it to external servers.
Data Deletion
- Deleting the app (uninstalling) removes all data on your device
- Notes deleted in the Trash can be restored until permanently deleted
Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties except in the following cases:
- With your consent
- When required by law
- Outsourced processing necessary to provide the service (e.g., AI APIs)
