1. サービスの概要
AI Game Advisor（以下「本アプリ」）は、ゲーム攻略に関するアドバイスを提供するアプリケーションです。本アプリを利用することにより、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. 利用条件
- 本アプリは13歳以上の方を対象としています。
- 本アプリの利用には、インターネット接続が必要です。
- 音声認識機能を使用する場合、マイクへのアクセス許可が必要です。
3. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します：
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 不正アクセスまたはシステムへの攻撃
- 他のユーザーへの迷惑行為
- 本アプリの逆コンパイルまたはリバースエンジニアリング
- 商業目的での無断利用
- AI機能を悪用して不適切なコンテンツを生成する行為
4. 免責事項
- 本アプリが提供するアドバイスは参考情報であり、正確性を保証するものではありません。
- AIによる回答は常に最新の情報を反映しているとは限らず、当社はその完全性、正確性、有用性等について保証しません。
- 生成されたコンテンツの利用により生じた損害（攻略の失敗、データの消失等を含むがいかなる損害も含む）について、当社は責任を負いません。
- 通信障害、システム障害等によりサービスが中断した場合も、当社は責任を負いません。
- AI生成コンテンツの著作権は、生成したユーザーに帰属します。
5. サービスの変更・終了
当社は、事前の通知なく本アプリのサービス内容を変更、または終了する場合があります。
6. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、アプリ内での告知をもって効力を生じます。
7. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

- Copyright of AI-generated content belongs to the user who created it.
5. Changes/Termination
We may change or terminate the service without prior notice.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. Updated terms take effect upon notice in the App.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction
for disputes related to the App.
